Monitoring & churn: The company uses extensive system-monitoring tools, creating a tightly controlled, metrics-driven environment. High turnover appears to align with a staffing model that relies on lower-cost, early-career hires in India. 3. Compensation practices: I experienced delays in salary credits, and bonus payments were occasionally missing or unclear. 4. Team dynamics: Morale felt low across levels, which affected collaboration and engagement. 5. Pay levels: Base compensation seemed below market for comparable roles.
