Pros
As it is a growing business and being there allows employees to really understand how the company is formed and with it corporate culture it allows great opportunities for further development.
Cons
There are always negative aspects of a company, as for Alibaba.com there is no different, given it is a growing business, but it is not always the best way to do business in, it might be successful, but service industry is a tough place to be.
