Pros
Things move fast and you will learn a lot of new stuff in a relatively short period of time. Compensation is well-above peer Internet companies if you are able to deliver really good work.
Cons
Work-life-balance is bad. Company always tries to brain-wash you to work harder. Projects are not well planned. A lot of waste of resources on useless or redundant projects. Your performance is evaluated against other colleagues in your team. If everybody works hard, it needs some luck and takes a lot of extra efforts to not to be evaluated as "under-performer".
