Cons
Alibaba Group openly discriminates against women and minorities. Super toxic workplace where appearances seem to matter most. Management is incompetent and racist, as well as misogynistic toward female colleagues. Talking trash about coworkers and direct reports seems to be normalized. Lower level employees receive all of the blame for middle manager's mistakes.
