Pros
Dynamic outlook, abundant resource and aggresive growth. Big Talent pool and vast learning resources. Colleagues are friendly, competitive and very smart. Founder has great vision and ability to drive the organisation.
Cons
The abundant resource may not belong to your business line, even if you are allocated part of the resource, when you want to use, you may still need to justify it (can be very tricky). Your very smart colleagues will probably focus on their KPI, therefore may not be of much help. Coordination of multiple departments sometimes is nightmare without high level intervene.
