      Above market salary, you can meet really talented engineers, opened and kind culture, everything is professionally set

      Cons

      Poor communication with Chinese managers and developers: takes really 1-3 days to get a final response. Chinese tech stack is also chaotic: a lot of internal hard to use technologies, although Russian tech is good.
