Pros

They actually have clients which is a plus for THE company

Cons

They have clients....it's so sad. The clients are billed for projects that are nonexistent, if a developer has a year, they are sold to clients as a 10 year developer.

Pros

I had a positive overall experience working at Algoscale. The company offers a supportive work environment, good learning opportunities, and a collaborative culture. Team members are generally helpful, and there is ample scope to grow professionally.

Cons

The one area that needs significant improvement is the management approach within the marketing function. A change in leadership brought a noticeable shift in team dynamics — and not for the better. The new manager openly played favorites within the team, which created an unfair and uncomfortable environment. The farewell when I left was purely a formality — it felt hollow and insincere, which was disappointing given the genuine relationships I had built with colleagues.
