Pros
It is a great environment to work in! There are many offices around the world and there are travel opportunities. The best part is the casual work attire and the environment. The company definitely encourage work life balance. The open concept work space encourages co-workers to interact with each other.
Cons
Sometimes, it seems like there are not enough opportunities within the company. As a junior, there are some clear cut path of where you should go, but it is not as clear cut for a more senior staff. Also, I heard the pay at Algorithmics is not as high as other places with the same job description.
