The company is professional. The employees are highly qualified. Rules and standards are well integrated in the employees values and behavior. Respect of people and ethics are well met.
Cons
Salaries are very low, even-though the employees qualifications are paid higher in other similar companies. The revision of salaries as part of the motivation of the employees is needed.
