2yOur aim is to make everyone in our company feel supported to do their best work. Though there aren't many details, this person was clearly not happy. It may have been that a larger corporate structure is what he/she would have thrived in. Algorithm is smaller privately-owned company of close-knit professionals that has less internal corporate protocol. It's not for everyone,
