Cons
Current CEO Staci Warden shoots first and asks questions later. In my short time at the company, I witnessed her attacks on others, just to have to halfheartedly apologize to them later when she realized she misunderstood. She cut me off in mid-sentence to say angrily "Your reasoning makes no sense...you see that, right?" when she wouldn't listen to the logic that was being presented to her. I've never seen anything like her in my 20+years of supporting CEO's. Narcissism on steroids. The team is afraid of her, HR won't do anything about it, and they all just need to SPEAK UP about her abuse! It could be a fun place to work if she wasn't in charge, but I could not give her a lower score on how she leads.
