Great engineering manager and a reasonable staff of senior management. Their focus is getting an MVP out the door while they seek additional funding. The CEO has had a financially successful buyout of his former company and is quite well connected.
Cons
The projects tend to be consensus driven, with several more vocal engineers pulling the herd. It could easily put the company at risk, particularly if their ides don't pan out.
