      Pros

      Good work life balance. Smart and helpful colleagues. Supports flexible working. Great office with fantastic coffee. Tech stack is modernised quite well and in progress.

      Cons

      The company's yearly salary adjustment is a major drawback, as it lacks transparency and is clearly unsatisfactory. Despite claiming to follow industry average, the salary increases are often inadequate and do not match the inflation rate. Even some employees who have been promoted receive a salary increase that is below the inflation rate, resulting in a decrease in pay compared to previous year. This has caused discontent and frustration among employees. Some employees are considering leaving the company, while others are working less due to the low motivation caused by the insufficient compensation.

      Pros

      Alfa has a phenomenal work culture. Everybody is extremely kind, understanding, and helpful. We have 4 US wide work gatherings per year. Multiple excellent events are put on including nice dinners, conferences, happy hours, etc.

      Cons

      Many individuals work remotely so we lack physical office spaces around the country.
