Pros
One and only good thing is flexibility, but that is due to the cons below, so managers don’t expect seriousness for that kind of money
Cons
1. Very low salary, lowest salary in the country (but hiring only with BA/MA degrees) 2. Work overload, due to people always leaving, teams are regularly short staffed 3. Managers are untouchable, nobody checks seniors when people always quit from same teams, they just re-hire, that’s why there are open ads constantly (not due to business expanding)
