You will see so many beautiful things come in and if you meet your monthly goals, you'll receive a bonus to use in-store. The owner is a very nice woman that goes beyond for her employees iif she wants to. It does pay more than your average retail store.

Work-life balance was rough. You never know where you stand. Gossip is unbearable. There isn't a clear chain of command. No health benefits. Once you get comfortable, everything will change. So always be on your toes and don't trust anyone easily.
