      Most of the staff are awesome people, working in wide format you can make some really cool stuff.

      Cons

      Upper management is terrible - rude, didn't listen about proper material ordering. No follow through with raises In a few months my department had 3 different managers who as soon as they got caught up would be replaced. Don't care about OSHA standards - had me painting signs in the rafters with no head clearance despite the paint booth they had but never setup.

      Pros

      Alexander's has fantastic customer service and products. Jeff Alexander is a good man who wants to provide excellent service to his customers, and for the most part the company does. Quality is of extreme importance, which makes it easy to talk to people and always have confidence that they will get a great product if they buy from you. Lunch program for employees provides a catered lunch 4 days per week for a very small daily cost to employees. Great parties for employees and customers.
