Good compensation structure
My recruiter is very personable and easy to get in touch with. He immediately let me know when a role came up that I would be a perfect fit for, and he kept me informed throughout the interview and offer process. He and the account manager for the company I've been placed with helped to prep me for the initial interview and potential job. Healthcare is not available until 90 days in, but that's probably common with contract roles
