Pros
I have enjoyed the 8 + years I have been with ATG. We have worked hard to become an important part of the local Tech Eco System. We are a cuture that focuses on Quality and Integrity and over time that has earned us a great reputation in the market. From a purely personal perspective, one of the best things about working here is the work life balance . That is a difficult thing to find in a sales/services business but the owners and management have always been great about giving plenty of flexibility to the employees here as needed when juggling work, kids, life in general.
Cons
Things can be hectic at times here at times. Much of that is simply the cost of doing business in a high transaction environment. The other part of that is that we have 5 person ownership group. This can sometimes create bit of a "being pulled in a lot of directions" scenario but small in comparison to the Pros.
