Is in Athens, 10 minutes walking distance from metro. Young team (means a ton of internships) Training (means watch videos, and then learn only tiny parts that are needed so clients thinks something is done) Innovation (means either technology used 10 years ago, paleolithic for internet age, or only talking about technology that cannot apply) Coworkers is the only that kept the long hours going. For anyone starting their career, should seek junior jobs in companies that have a minimum respect towards employees(means not in this case) Learned a very important lesson: the job description and the job title doesnt matter as much as the company culture and the way the company and managers treat you.

Really low salary Working too many hours (10+) The supervisors cannot manage their teams Toilets and common space not so clean Not worth it even for internship Too many hires and resignations all the time No recognition for anything Back stabbing by specific ones and micromanagement Dishonest towards clients Poor knowledge in crucial issues by the more experienced Has not basic company structures on lot of issues
