- Everyone is very inclusive and supportive of each other and we all work hard to get the job done and do what's best for the business. The company was very responsible and caring to employees during COVID-19.
- As it is a small team, each member has a decent amount of responsibility and therefore opportunity to add value to the business

Cons
- As it is still a growing company, many areas could do with additional resources and man-power which would allow the business to scale-up and operate at a higher level
- Pay levels could be increased but that is no surprise for a fashion start-up
