Cool company - Senior Associate AlexRenew Employee Review

This is the best job I've had (I've had a lot of good jobs, thankfully). AlexRenew will listen to and hear your professional goals and do their best to support them. Their best is often very very good. I have never felt as valued and heard by an employer as I have at AlexRenew.

AlexRenew is by far the BEST company I have ever worked for. All of the employees are very helpful and friendly. Upper management encourages professional development by offering fully-funded trainings and opportunities to gain certifications. The benefits are very good as well and HR provides wonderful incentives to employees that want to improve their wellness (work/life balance). The most attractive thing to me about this company is that there is always room to grow and the ability to collaborate with different departments. AlexRenew has a teamwork-like atmosphere and I never feel that I cannot come to someone when I need help or guidance; from the executives to operators. There is also a ton of diversity among employees contributing to the fresh and innovative culture of AlexRenew. I would certainly recommend this company for anyone interested in water and improving the environment.
