Pros
None - apart from maybe a couple of employees that are decent people whom you have the chance to speak to on a break and that’s all
Cons
Where do I start?!? Firstly the pay is terrible for working near 60 hours a weak. The manager is a disgusting person, constantly making derogatory remarks against people from a particular background. He’s chased so many employees away it’s ridiculous. The staff turnover rate is like none other, 6 people in the first 2 weeks I was there. One guy said he’s going out for lunch on his first day and never returned which I don’t blame him. No wonder they have open interview dates every other week. You have to pay £500 for the car that you don’t even want, you have to pay your own fuel. You’re not allowed to talk to each other in the office. You have to work Saturdays. Managers make snarky comments about employees when they’re not in the office. Honestly, it’s a TERRIBLE place to work. This is a sentiment shared by most people in the office expect for the seniors which obviously have it easier but even they’re not really satisfied. I’m not making this review because I’ve been hard done by, but simply because I don’t want other making the same mistake I did working here and leaving my old job. The fact that they give you the job on the first interview tells you everything. People run away. The managers don’t give a damn about you
