Terrible pay (bordering on unliveable) terrible management of what could be a wonderful company. They love to make you feel like a family to guilt trip you into working for free

- Amazing colleagues in every department who are experienced, supportive & really friendly. Everyone makes you feel so welcome - Management really care about your development and are extremely supportive - Jewellery is absolutely beautiful and such an honour to work with every day! - Lots of lovely perks that come with the job - A truly lovely atmosphere to be a part of

If you're lucky you might meet some good people.

Cons

Seriously lowers confidence in your own abilities. Incapable management with zero experience or people skills. Company that cares more about looking good and making money than looking after their staff. No progression - management actively restrict and deny opportunity for development. Damaging to self esteem. Favouritism towards some people, especially those that are privileged. Clueless management on a power trip. No support, especially surrounding job role growth. No HR. Extremely toxic environment. Bullying behaviour. No perks.
