      Everyone under management is very friendly and will to help you if you ask. I love working for events and getting to see the behind the scenes part of events.

      Cons

      Management is not the most reliable to work with. No room for advancement after years of experience working there. No room for advancement in pay.

      Can get very busy, long nights and weekends, sometimes holiday work.

      Friendly coworkers. Perks included snacks, free single cup coffee machine, and water machine with carbonated water and flavored syrup.

      Job description didn't match actual job. Training and supporting procedures incomplete. Verbal answers to questions did not match the questions. Written instructions were vague.
