While we respect that our employees may have different experiences, we feel it's important to address several statements that do not accurately reflect our practices or culture. First, the claim that we do not hire referrals is incorrect. In fact, in 2025 alone, almost 23% of our total hires were referrals from our current employees. Regarding HR, the team is responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures consistently across the organization. Suggesting that HR does not follow policies misunderstands the role HR plays in ensuring compliance and accountability. Finally, we regularly review compensation and benefits to remain competitive within our industry and market, and we strive to recognize performance and contributions in a meaningful way.
