Pros
This company has made major changes--for the Better! Staffing has improved tremendously! Better communication between management and employees! Management has become a lot more flexible which allows me to further my education (willing to work around my school schedule)! The updates in the call center (technology-wise) have allowed us to assist customers more efficiently!
Cons
Commute to work is about 45 minutes
