As an organisation, we are committed to creating a high-performing, transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees, so we are disappointed to hear about some of your experiences. We are definitely aligned on delivering the best experience for our valued partners. We understand there were frictions from your perspectives but do note that we are always open to discussion from our delivery managers on how we can better improve our service for our clients. Aside from the above, we would like to clarify that what you have aforementioned is not fully representative of the work culture at Aleph. Our senior management are one of the most communicative people within the organisation and they do not go missing at any point of time. The leadership has daily and weekly rituals to ensure that the organisation's operations stays align to our organisation's goal. We also cherish family/personal time as much as you do. The mentors in the organisation are always available for you for a catch up over coffee regardless of the number of things they have on their plates. People are our top priority and should never be overlooked. Off-in-lieus are always allocated accordingly as long as it is aligned with the guidelines that are stated on our leave policy. As a young organisation, we strive to create an environment for Alephians to have a platform to create their best work of their lives.
