Cons
The GLUE members talk the talk but do not walk the walk. They tend to be entitled prima donnas who are more interested in bluster and accolades than serving constituents including the very talented cadre of employees. Supercilious is the only word that comes close to describing the leaders of Aledade. They are bossy, cocky, condescending, contemptuous, disdainful, egotistic, haughty, high and mighty, imperious, insolent, lofty, nervy, overbearing, scornful, snobby, and vainglorious and I believe I am under-selling it a little. The rash of recent departures might be a clue as to how poor the work environment and how bad some of the recent hires in senior leadership positions have been.
