      The mission is exciting, the people can be really great

      Cons

      No upward mobility in terms of career growth, micromanagement runs rampant, lack of accountability from upper management, no amount of work is ever good enough, the constant pivoting wastes time and resources

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
