      Pros

      Easy onboarding process, great work culture, intelligent staff. I also appreciate how continuing education while working (going to graduate school, getting a certificate, etc.) is valued and supported at this company.

      Pros

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
