      Pros

      Onboarding with seminars from SMEs in their fields. A wealth of information easily accessible to current and new employees. Everyone is welcoming and you can really tell that people are happy at Aledade. There is active involvement at all levels of Aledade and the ARGs are aimed at upholding the values and mission of the company.

      Pros

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
