      Pros

      Thriving company with great success. Great recruiting experience. Onboarding experiences always have bumps in the road, but the company has done a phenomenal job at every turn to make things go as smooth as possible. Leadership is engaged and welcoming. Flexibility and professionalism abound here.

      Cons

      None so far other than not being in person to meet my new coworkers.

      Pros

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
