6yOver the last year, we have spent a great amount of time standardizing roles and internal equity across the company. For the Analyst role specifically, we outlined defined criteria for promotion and objectives by role within the track which helped guide promotion decisions. If an employee has questions or concerns regarding their individual employment situation, the People Team is a resource, as well as your direct Manager.
