      Pros

      Great co-workers and a good atmosphere. People share work spaces and generally enjoy each other's company.

      Cons

      Sometimes can be tedious work. Since many of the field staff are not in the office, it can seem lonely at times.

      Pros

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
