      Pros

      Incredible company to work for. Do more good is the company motto and they don't just talk the talk. I cannot express how rewarding it is to work for a company that does what it says it's going to. They take care of us in every way. I will be with this company until I retire and maybe even longer. This is what I have wanted for my entire career.

      I haven't found any and it's been 7 months.

      Pros

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
