Pros
Not sure where to begin really, the company itself is very well established and stable, Dean & Sean (the directors) are great and the atmosphere is just exactly what you want when you come into a sales type role.
There's always a buzz in the office, we're very well looked after with salaries, commission structures, bonuses, trips and so much more!
I can honestly say I've never had an employer so understanding as well when it comes to personal issues, there isn't a worry as the trust is there to do my job and do it well. The HR (Sally) is brilliant, everyone is up to date on policies and such, if there's ever a worry (personal or otherwise) she's always there to chat and things get resolved very quickly.
Overall I'd say this company is an excellent place to work and I'd highly recommend anyone who has the drive for success and a high work ethic to join the growing team.
Cons
Nothing bad to say about the company itself however the job itself can be quite stressful, but managing that will come with time and experience as I've learned.
