Slow leadership, paltry raises - Accounts Payable Specialist Aldevron Employee Review

Management is slow to identify and fix problems. Department works as a group of individuals rather than a team. Leadership claims to be interested in team building, but in reality does nothing to facilitate that. Communication across all departments is non-existent, policy changes in some departments could be in effect for months before someone thinks to tell other departments that are affected. Finance department is too small for any opportunities at upward movement. Changed rules regarding remote work twice within a year and eliminated hybrid positions with no regard for the impact that would have on those affected.
