Pros
The people and the 25% night shift differential. Ability to move into new positions but it took 3 - 6 months after getting accepted.
Cons
The workload was always increasing, there was high turnover, and operators struggled to take what was for their lot. Frustration with how day shift would leave the BP room for night shift. There seemed to be limited accountability for day shift. Brought up issues to manager and very little was done to fix the situation.
