They sometimes buy you lunch to try to make you feel important.
Cons
Upper management doesn't care about people, lots of drama and favoritism. You think there would be lots of advancement opportunities but they hold you in your spot for months before MAYBE switching you to a new position. You can get paid more elsewhere and not have a toxic work environment.
