Great group of people to work with. Everyone is willing to help each other out with any problems or questions you may have. They take the time to train their employees and make sure they know what they are doing and provide numerous tools to assist you. If you every have a problem and aren't sure what to do, there's always someone available you can turn to for advice or guidance. Pay is good. Good benefits.

Not much room for advancement.

Casual dress code, friendly employees, management is available to help majority of the time.

Schedules change alot, work/life balance is unsteady, health benefits could be alot better. Not much in the way of advancement.
