In the early years, Aldelia was a fun and entrepreneurial company.
Cons
The company is doomed. It's only surviving because it avoids taxes, overcharges clients and doesn't pay suppliers and employees on time. The CEO is dishonest and incompetent. He used to have a good team surrounding him but fired them as soon as they raised concern over his way of doing business.
