An emotionally damaging place to work - Therapist Aldea Employee Review

Had a large client pool, making gaining hours easy, were flexible and collaborative, provided good supervision and training. The staff was kind and supportive. The internship was paid.

There are currently some management changes, but this has not been an issue in any way.

Made some great connections with fellow staff. Very helpful supervision at the time that I was there.

Lack of encouragement and support from the higher ups.
