Micro managed, schools run by parents who immediately take things to ceo/chairman (the tiniest little complaint that could be dealt with by a class teacher), management bow to their every whim, no interest in improving educational standards, poor educational outcomes for children, no leadership or cod whatsoever, glass ceiling approach to any and all promotions or bettering of staff, low morale amongst all staff, discriminatory selection for interview, expected to work long hours and take work home - frowned upon if don’t, constant threatening of non-renewal or termination and nothing you can do about it.
