Pros

Pay is decent but not for the stress you are put through Decent benefits. 401K, vacation time are good.

Cons

Bad people management with zero regard for people Unrealistic expectations (fast changing expectations that are based on individuals whims and not real urgency) Zero career opportunities for advancement Severe burnout and lack of work life balance Questionable business practices Office Politics Highly Toxic work culture that destroys morale Management does not have your back and will burn you to save their own skin Bureaucratic Culture is based on fear. Everything is heavy handed. Work assignments can change at a whim and is all based on what they want from you vs what you were hired for. When you are tagged by stakeholders, you’re done. Seen too many good people get targeted and shipped out not long after. 5 days at the office. Day can start as early as 6am and end at 5pm, yet management watches clock to see who leaves early with little regard for who actually has kids and family responsibilities.

Pros

- Good pay and benefits - Exciting industries - Easy work - Strong financials

Cons

I really wanted to enjoy working here, but this company is an absolute mess. There is a complete lack of vision and direction from the top down. For ex. Path A is being executed one day with plans to switch to Path B tomorrow...but wait! Path C we didn't tell you about is actually what we're going to do but you'll probably be axed by then so don't worry about it. I've never worked for a place that had so many position changes and layoffs in very short periods of time. After the fact, I had past employees say they wish they warned me ahead of accepting so that's what I'm trying to do here now: If you are in a position where you can take a huge risk to make a quick buck, or you just desperately need a paying job, go for it. If you want any stability and job security whatsoever, even if just short-term, would urge you to look elsewhere. If you are in interviews, ask about employee retention and change management - make an informed decision yourself.
