Pros

Its fantastic that safety is always top priority. As a salaried employee work-life balance is highly encouraged and supported. There are always opportunities to advance or gain knowledge that isn't specifically related to your current job function

Cons

It depends greatly on locations a lot of plants are in rural area, which tend to treat women and people of color poorly. While no one is particularly aggressive in plant, its clear that if you're not Caucasian male you have to work significantly harder for opportunities.

Pros

Ability to work 100% remote.

Cons

ITAS OTC Manager has no clue how to manage, encourage development, or plan growth. He was too busy trying to keep his skills up and not actually cultivate newcomers and manage well. I felt alone and not supported by my manager. The environment is not great for newcomers to the company. The team supposedly has so much work, but was able to lay me off after returning to work from health event. Complete and utter joke. They do not honor their core values. Beware of this place.
