The bonus has officially not been paid in three years now as of January 2026. It’s important to point this out, as the bonus is still being used to lure people in at graduate fairs and for senior roles. We’ve heard next to nothing about it in the last 18 months it’s as if leadership think that by saying nothing at the All Hands or Town Halls, the staff will just forget about it. Unfortunately for them that isn't the case. Disgruntlement is growing among the staff who have to look at the senior leadership team flaunting their wealth with new cars we’ve even had the former CEO inviting people out to the car park to see his latest purchase while the ordinary staff are treated with nothing but contempt. Quite frankly, something needs to change. NTT DATA needs to clear house among the quite bloated leadership and start trying to win back the employees, because if they don’t a massive exodus of staff is just around the corner. Alchemy is a circus and it's run by the clowns
