At a time when I needed it the most, this organization and their leadership took a chance on me and embraced that chance. After not only extending their arms, they chose to invest in me, they let me make mistakes, they taught me how to learn from those mistakes, and above that, they taught me how to dissect/focus on what really mattered in the lesson. I have seen first-hand the sacrifices that our leadership and collective team are willing to make in the favor of what's right by our customers, partners, and teammates. I wouldn't be the professional nor the person I am today without Alchemy's guidance and encouragement, and I can directly credit much of my own growth to their leadership, culture, and heartbeat.
