Principal designer is sweet day to day. Although she seemed to like to gossip about other employees and then use that against them later on. Good work culture, even with deadlines, it never got too stressful.

The work becomes repetitive after a while. Expect to be reusing a lot of the same FFE and floor plans, millworks, etc. everything is designed in pretty much one aesthetic

The staff are good people, you get to see how a residential design firm operates, exposure to the tradespeople and vendors in the AVL market.

The staff is overly micromanaged. The staff is not empowered to make decisions. The firm is not involved in any industry groups.
