As with ANY company you work for, there are a few bad days here and there. No job or relationship of any kind is perfect at all times. Not every single person you work with is going to be your best friend. That's part of learning to work as a team.

Hours are flexible enough that you don't have to be there at the crack of dawn for a typical 9-5. Most co-workers are pleasant to be around and makes the job bearable.

This company is failing. Management has gradually run the company into the ground due to poor leadership and bad business tactics. Layoffs occur often because they can't pay their employees during the low season. Those who are able to keep their jobs maintain stagnant positions. There is NO room for advancement in the company, nor are any raises given. There is no motivation to help this company succeed.
