Pros
-None whatsoever to speak of besides the the low level long suffering employees that can be good people (this is the exception not the rule).
Cons
-Low pay; they will fight tooth and nail to not give you a 10p pay bump. -Management both on a store and corporate level is a joke. They will treat you like a dog and only those who brown nose become store managers. -Everything is always your fault. If management come up with an idea and then it did not work you are to blame. -Management is both verbally and mentally abusive in every way you can imagine. -Management are full of crap. They will make promises and will then knowingly and wilfully not stick to them. -They will blame everything possible on you when something goes wrong, you are always the scapegoat. You can be sure if something goes well it’s either ‘could be better’ or it’s their achievement. -Honestly if there is a problem that a company could have, Albion has it. A god awful place to work that I would not wish on my worst enemy.
